Field Inventory Analyst

What you will do -

Responsible for managing field asset inventory with sales reps out in the field amongst the Sales Organization.  In this role, you will work closely with sales representatives to conduct inventory audits, ensure accuracy, and drive best practices for field inventory management.  

  • Audit Management: 
  • Administer and process field inventory cycle counts and reconcile inventory using ERP systems 
  • Review audit results to ensure counts are accurate and thorough 
  • Sales Rep Collaboration: 
  • Partner with sales leaders and representatives to analyze cycle count variances and determine route cause 
  • Provide support and guidance on best practices for inventory management 
  • Develop relationships with Sales Leaders and Representatives  
  • Inventory Accountability: 
  • Proactive approach to inventory accuracy through regular inventory data analysis, identifying and resolving issues and corrective actions 
  • Improve processes to increase inventory accuracy 
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance inventory accountability in the field 
  • Operational Excellence: 
  • Drive continuous improvement over the field inventory audit process 
  • Lead process improvement projects the ensure inventory performance aligns with company objectives 

Required -

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0+ years of experience
  • Excel experience

Preferred -

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, PRMS, etc.). 
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Management. 

  

 

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • USN: $62,400 - $87,900 USD Annual
  • US5: $65,500 - $92,300 USD Annual
  • US10: $68,600 - $96,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $71,800 - $101,100 USD Annual
  • US20: $74,900 - $105,500 USD Annual
  • US30: $81,100 - $114,300 USD Annual
