We’re seeking a highly organized, hands-on Field Marketing Associate to join our North America Marketing team. In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally to support and execute field and event marketing programs that drive engagement and pipeline.
You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life through high-touch events, partner activations, and regional programs - owning logistics, supporting campaign execution, and helping ensure a seamless attendee experience.
Event & Program Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of event logistics at conferences, tradeshows and owned programming, including venue sourcing, vendor management, travel coordination, run of show and on-site operations
Campaign Support: Support integrated marketing campaigns by activating messaging and content across field programs
Audience Development: Manage invitations, registration tracking, and attendee communications to ensure a seamless experience for customers and prospects
Project Management: Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep programs on track and teams aligned
Performance Tracking: Help us prove the "why" by tracking event performance, including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and overall ROI.
Scale & Innovate: Don't just follow the playbook- help us write it. You'll contribute to improving and scaling our event processes as we grow
2-3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event management—ideally within a B2B or tech environment.

Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo)
Familiarity with direct mail tools and event management platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage vendors and budgets effectively
Comfortable using Google Workspace (G Suite)
