Job Description
Make real impact by helping patients adopt healthier habits, manage chronic conditions, and navigate care. In this field-based role, you’ll deliver primarily face-to-face wellness coaching, coordinate care, and educate patients on treatment plans and devices. You’ll ensure timely follow‑ups and support the flawless execution of IQVIA’s Patient Support Program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face wellness coaching during weekly field visits across Egypt
- Guide patients on healthy habits, treatment devices, and personalized care plans
- Create and distribute health education materials (e.g., brochures)
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries, following approved scripts
- Report adverse events and quality complaints related to program products
Qualifications
- Medical background (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and counseling skills
- Strong motivation, persuasion, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Advanced MS Excel skills
Location & Work Pattern
- Egypt; field‑based with regular weekly travel across governorates
