Title: Field Applications Engineer

Responsibilities:
Provide field applications support to Strategic and Key Communication customers for Analog Devices RadioVerse transceivers and discrete RF components, such as clocks, synthesizers and RF amplifiers.
Understanding and disseminating Customers' system needs; Support key customers projects with system knowledge, drive technology discussions and design ins for specific product areas with a focus on maximizing share, forming deep customer relationships and driving exemplary customer satisfaction.
Direct interface to the customer, providing technical guidance and support such as product recommendations, schematic review, PCB layout and validation reports, on-site trouble shooting.
Technical champion in signal chain of communication wireless applications in Sales/FAE team.
Collect customer's technical requirements and macro trend of the application, report the new products idea to BU for product/solution definition; Developing and proposing new products to Product Lines to fill customers' new needs;
Qualifications
More than 3-year experience in RF or wireless communication system.
System level knowledge of one of them: 3G/4G/5G Macro, Micro base station, M-MIMO, FDD/TDD Active Antenna Systems and RADAR system.
Solid knowledge in Broad RF, Microwave, high-speed converters and mixed signal circuit applications/design at the board/system level;
MATLAB, and software programming ability (C/Python, etc.) is a plus.
Previous experience providing customer-facing technical support is a plus.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skill in both English and Chinese.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
