As a Field Applications Specialist Expert, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative medical solutions across Argentina. You will join a high-impact team of experts dedicated to technical excellence and customer success within our Customer Support organization. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead complex regional projects and co-create initiatives that directly impact patient care through advanced diagnostic platforms.
The Opportunity
- Provide high-level technical expertise for the implementation of application solutions, ensuring alignment with global support standards.
- Lead and manage complex projects as a Product Owner or Project Manager, overseeing the complete lifecycle of customer implementations.
- Deliver specialized training to customers and new staff on diagnostic platforms to ensure optimal performance and knowledge transfer.
- Drive value generation by interacting with diverse stakeholder groups and fostering collaboration across commercial, medical, and support departments.
- Advise customers on quality control and instrument validation, serving as a trusted consultant for technical excellence.
- Work within Agile methodologies, participating in expert sub-chapters to drive regional initiatives and improve customer experience.
- Mentor and guide other application representatives, acting as a technical reference point for the region.
- Ensure seamless operations by managing CRM documentation and escalating complex cases to global support levels when necessary.
Who you are
- You hold a University degree in a Healthcare or Science field.
- You bring 7+ years of experience in applications support, quality control, or project management within the diagnostic industry.
- You are an expert in Agile methodologies and possess a "Catalyst" leadership style, capable of coaching and influencing peers.
- You are a strong communicator, fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to build sustainable relationships with external customers.
- You are proactive and self-managed, with a high sense of urgency and the flexibility to travel regularly across the region.
Preferred
- Experience in consultative sales or advanced stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of leading regional squads or project teams in a multinational environment.
