We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Agent Operations Coordinator to join our national Process Serving team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring that all field operations are conducted by fully licensed, highly trained, and compliant professionals who adhere strictly to our company and client specific standards. You will act as the primary bridge between our subcontractors and the business, managing everything from rigorous compliance auditing to financial fee reconciliation and relationship building.

You’ll work closely with field agents across Australia, end to end management, compliance and maintaining strong communication to keep matters progressing smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and clear communication.

Key Details

  • Commencing 18th May 

  • Based in Caulfield 

  • Following training and once competency is reached, you’ll have access to a hybrid working arrangement

  • Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5pm | No weekends!

  • Australian Citizenship

  • Successful applicants will be required to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and PEIC clearance

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Multi-Tier Compliance: Manage "subcontractors of subcontractors" to ensure the entire supply chain meets the same rigorous standards as our primary partners.

  • Document Auditing: Ensure fully executed service agreements are on file for every active agent and entity..

  • Onboarding & Induction: Lead the initial training and orientation for new field agents regarding company protocols and client expectations.

  • ​Continuous Learning: Coordinate and monitor ongoing compliance training, ensuring all field agents remain current with industry regulations and legislative changes.

  • Cost Management: Analyse subcontractor costs and work with the operations manager to negotiate fee structures to ensure business profitability while maintaining service quality.

  • KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key agent performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • ​Relationship Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for key field agents, fostering strong, professional partnerships to ensure long term retention and reliability.

You’re someone who takes pride in your accuracy and communication skills. You enjoy balancing administration with problem-solving and can manage multiple priorities at once, but most importantly, you’ll be motivated to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team.
