Broadridge is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join our Gdansk office. You will be responsible for maintaining seamless operations that benefit our customers and keep our Business Intelligence products running smoothly.
You will be joining a U.S based team and therefore we require applicants who are available during U.S working hours. Further information will be shared during the screening process.
Job Responsibilities
Data Integrations
Coordinate, distribute and monitor firm-level approval letters across our integration providers.
Assist with the establishment, maintenance and advisor mapping associated with integration providers.
Serve as primary support for any production environment integration issues including working directly with development/QA staff and integration provider POCs when necessary.
Monitor ongoing integration provider feeds (at month end and quarter end) and resolve any missing or incorrect feeds working with the provider and/or our development/QA team.
Maintain ongoing relationships with enterprise Business Intelligence clients from a support and data reconciliation perspective.
Investment data
Distribute data license files while serving as POC for any client questions on them.
Maintain recordkeeper fund availability lists in our platforms.
Assist with data collection from providers for multiple product offerings.
Assist with Morningstar data loads and ongoing questions from client support.
Assist with enterprise client custom data loads and processes.
Client Services
Facilitate client custom data file processing
Manage automated work tasks for data import, reporting, and distribution
Product training
Assist in the creation of product release notes.
Build and maintain product help articles and videos.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an operational or support role, including professional phone and email correspondence.
Skills/Competencies:
Strong working knowledge of Excel is required.
Demonstrated experience within data analytics, data aggregation, file manipulation.
SQL, and MS Power BI knowledge is a bonus.
Attention to detail is an essential attribute
Self-starter in a remote work environment.
Process-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
Professional etiquette and communication in client relations via phone and email.
Inter-organisational/team collaboration, as well as the ability to work independently.
