Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and properly oriented to the locker room and spa facilities.
Assist guests with their appointments and respond promptly and professionally to all interactions, ensuring maximum comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked locker room at all times, replenishing amenities as needed.
Collect and remove used towels, robes, and other items left behind to maintain a tidy environment.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas, including steam rooms, hot tubs, showers, and locker areas.
Adhere to and enforce all locker room policies, etiquette, and safety standards.
Uphold the Four Seasons’ commitment to excellence by providing genuine, anticipatory, and personalized service.
What You Bring
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or resort.
Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on operational needs.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
