Job Description:

Feeder Teamleader – UPS, Diegem
Are you a natural leader who can make a real difference within a team? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where you can use your organizational talents and motivational skills? Then we’re looking for you!

Please note that you'll have to work in shifts (day/evening/night) within this position.

What you'll do

  • Lead a team of dispatchers: guiding, directing, and motivating are central to your role;

  • Encourage teamwork and focus on solving problems;

  • Train new dispatchers and provide ongoing training for both new and existing team members;

  • Train, educate and follow up on our drivers;

  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure working hours are recorded accurately;

  • Support sick leave and guide employees through their return-to-work process;

  • You offer hands-on support to the team when necessary.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in dispatching;

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, preferable also French;

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, and a true team player;

  • Solution-oriented and able to show leadership both operational and within the team;

  • A truck driving license (CE) and experience in driving.
