Feasibility Manager

Secondment for 18 months

You will lead feasibility activities that shape where and how our clinical studies run. You will work with global and local teams to collect and analyse data, recommend countries and sites, and support handover into study start-up. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead data-driven country and site pre-selection and support final country selection for studies.
- Gather, review and analyse feasibility data from literature, databases, investigator registries and internal tools.
- Prepare and present feasibility documents including pre-selection proposals, questionnaires and kickoff meeting materials.
- Plan and chair feasibility meetings and coordinate cross-functional input from clinical operations, study delivery, regulatory and other stakeholders.
- Coach and support local study teams and central study leads in using feasibility tools and following the feasibility process.
- Hand over feasibility outputs to Study Start-Up teams to support timely submissions and critical path planning.

Why You?
Basic Qualifications: 


- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, clinical research, public health, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical feasibility, study start-up, or clinical operations.
- Experience with data gathering and basic analysis for clinical planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global and local teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:


- Previous experience with investigator databases, epidemiology tools or literature searching.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH Good Clinical Practice, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with feasibility or site selection tools and study workflow platforms.
- Experience supporting global studies across multiple countries or therapeutic areas.
- Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.

Working Model
This role is hybrid based in Poland. You will be expected to work from the office regularly to collaborate with colleagues, while also having flexibility to work remotely.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 261,000 to PLN 435,000 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process.
