The F&B Supervisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience across all outlets. This position supports the Food & Beverage leadership team by supervising daily operations, guiding the service staff, and ensuring that Four Seasons standards of hospitality, quality, and guest engagement are consistently upheld.
What You Will Do:
Supervise daily operations across the Terrazza Danieli, the bar, and other F&B outlets.
Lead, motivate, and support service teams during shifts, ensuring the delivery of consistent Four Seasons standards.
Ensure a warm, attentive, and personalized guest experience.
Collaborate with Culinary and Bar teams to maintain smooth communication and operational flow.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and manage service recovery with professionalism.
Oversee mise en place and overall service quality before, during, and after service.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
Support inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management.
Participate in staff coaching and contribute to developing team performance and service excellence.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-driven work environment.
What You Bring:
2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage operational role, ideally within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to supervising teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and polished professional presence.
Knowledge of HACCP standards and luxury service practices.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with guests and inspire your team
