Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Night Cleaner to join our Stewarding team. You will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens, equipment, and dining areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This role is essential for preparing our Food & Beverage outlets for a successful service the next day.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Sanitation: Deep clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces.

• Equipment Cleaning: Clean and maintain heavy kitchen machinery, ovens, grills, and walk-in coolers.

• Cafeteria Maintenance: Clean and restock the employee cafeteria area.

• Front-of-House Support: Sweep, mop, and polish designated sections of our two on-site restaurants.

• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, clean grease traps, and ensure proper disposal of recyclables.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals according to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Availability: Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive cleaning motions.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience: Previous cleaning or stewarding experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!

Work Environment

This position works primarily in a kitchen environment which may involve wet floors and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Proper protective gear will be provided.

35.44 per hour
