About the role:

Under the responsibility of the Director of Food & Beverage, the F&B Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating Restaurants within the property.

What will you do:

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline managers in multiple Food & Beverage outlets to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.

  • Be visible in the operation, train Manager to recognize and maintain relationships with regular Guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons.

  • Work closely with Director F&B, Executive Chef and Restaurant Chefs to design an effective menu and work with the Sommelier Team for a quality wine list, while ensuring excellent product level at a fair price.

  • Oversee financial performance of the outlets, supporting Managers in cost control, forecasting and budget alignment.

  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Code of Conduct.

  • Ensure seamless communication between Front and Back of House, facilitating collaboration and problem-solving across all departments involved in the guest journey.

What you bring:

  • College degree preferably specializing in Hotel/Restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.

  • Three to five years previous experience as Restaurant / F&B Manager position.

  • Working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and retain high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Solid analytical and organizational abilities, with confidence in managing budgets, operational planning and performance metrics.

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full-time position

  • The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
