The Role of Host/ess:
We currently have an opportunity for a talented Host/ess to join our team in here in Seychelles.
Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
Responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries, reviewing the guest reservations and making recommendations as to the set-up of the outlet, maintaining a station chart and cover count for the restaurant while recognizing capacities of our servers, anticipating the needs of our guests and ascertaining satisfaction, ensuring you develop a complete knowledge of all menu items and daily specials and being highly visible in the operation.
Our Ideal Host/ess candidate will have:
Host/ess experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants or restaurant groups.
You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.
