FATP Manager

Under the guidance of the Group, clarified customer project requirements and developed production line plans; led the 0–1 setup of the company’s FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Packing) capability, including line planning, equipment selection, process design, team building, pilot run and mass production ramp-up, while continuously improving yield and other key operational indicators

1.Project Management: Work with R&D, NPI, Sales, and Quality teams based on customer requirements, and be responsible for production planning from project phase to mass production, ensuring smooth ramp-up to mass production;

2.Production Preparation in Project Phase: Organize all FATP pre-mass-production preparation activities; develop detailed production readiness plans according to project milestones; coordinate with R&D to participate in DFM reviews and propose process optimization suggestions to ensure the product design is suitable for mass production;

3.Production Resource Preparation: Responsible for FATP production line layout before mass production, including selection, evaluation, debugging and acceptance of production equipment and test instruments, definition of tooling/fixture requirements, and building an equipment system that meets FATP production needs;

4.Production System Setup: In line with project timelines, proactively establish and improve FATP-related production management processes, SOPs, inspection standards, and safety/compliance systems; identify potential risks in mass production and develop contingency plans to ensure a smooth transition from project phase to mass production;

5.Production operation improvement: continuously monitor and analyze line data, apply Lean, Six Sigma and other tools to improve UPH and FPY, and optimize process flow, line balancing and manpower allocation to increase OEE and reduce operating costs;

6.Budget planning and control spendings within budget;

Qualification

1.Bachelor or Above,prefermajors in mechanical manufacturing, electronic engineering, industrial engineering, optical engineering etc;

2.Over 5 years of production or process management experience in the electronics/precision manufacturing industry, with mandatory FATP workshop management experience in large EMS/ODM companies for consumer electronics or automotive electronics;

3.xperience serving international electronics brand customers (e.g. consumer electronics, automotive electronics, semiconductor equipment, optical/optoelectronic products) is a plus;

4. Project management: solid project management skills, familiar with NPI processes in the consumer electronics industry, with experience leading new products from prototype to MP (mass production) phase;

5.Engineering capability verification and continuous improvement, including measurement of engineering capability,and designing and implementing improvement plans;

6.Fluent English speaking.
