Fashion Repair Artisan is responsible for the aftersales service for CHANEL Fashion products including the repair and care related maintenance jobs. Closely working with Quality Control and After Sales Service executives as the contact window of CHANEL Boutiques to deliver high quality aftersales service, achieving target lead time and maintain the performance consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Chanel Fashion Products Repair & Maintenance
- Quality control, cost and time for each repair done.
- Check that all nature of repairs undertaken are in line with CHANEL policy.
- Maintain good business communication and build good rapport with stake holders.
- Participate in the development of working tools and maintain regular stock count of tooling i.e. documents, tools and machinery etc.
- Collaborate with the rest of Fashion CASS team to achieve KPIs.
Responsible for Spare Parts/Accessories/Stock Management
- Undertake or delegate the quality control of parts received.
- Participate and contribute in regular spare-part inventory cycles.
- Order spare-parts through Quality Control and Aftersales Executives.
Person Specifications:
Academic/Professional Qualifications
Technical Certificate or Diploma is a plus.
Work Experience
- Working experience of handbags or costume jewelry repair/design is preferable.
- Equipped with past working experience for a premium/luxury Fashion brand is a plus.
