The Fashion Division operates in an increasingly complex and fast-evolving environment, requiring strong strategic alignment across Regions, Markets, and Corporate functions. In this context, the Division continuously enhances the effectiveness of its governance and strategic cycle to ensure clear alignment on priorities and a shared understanding of strategic objectives across the different expertise and teams.
Within the International Market Animation Department, the Fashion Governance & Client Intelligence mission is to accompany the framing and alignment of Fashion initiatives, support key transversal projects and reinforce Client & Retail insights to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Director of Fashion Governance & Client Intelligence, this will orchestrate the Fashion Division’s governance and strategic cycle while steering key transversal projects in close collaboration with Markets, Regions, and the Division’s expertises.
What impact you create at Chanel:
1. Animate the Strategic Governance Cycle of the Fashion Division in collaboration with Regions and Markets
- Contribute to build and facilitate the Governance cycle with Regions, Markets and International Governance
- Continuously drive evolutions to governance processes to ensure Regional needs are raised and effectively addressed.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Fashion Division leadership team, contributing to alignment on priorities and framing of key topics
- Ensure meetings minutes and follow-up of action items and framing into strategic initiatives
2. Facilitate the prioritization and scoping of key transversal projects, contributing to WW strategy alignment
- Facilitate the scoping, prioritization, and reporting of key transversal projects across Divisional expertise teams, Markets, and Regions
- Animate selected transversal projects in collaboration with Division teams, Markets & Regions
- Support the Fashion Division teams in the identification and follow-up of key strategies and initiatives
3. Support Client & Retail teams in framing Strategic Priorities
- Contribute to shaping and structuring the Division’s Client and Retail strategic priorities at key moments of the governance cycle
- Bring analytical insights, cross-market perspectives, and strategic framing to support decision-making
- Support Client and Retail teams in formalizing strategic approaches and integrating them into the broader Divisional roadmap
- Develop forward-looking points of view on Client and Retail topics to inform and enrich the Division’s strategic reflection

What you will bring:
- Ideally graduated from engineering or Business School or equivalent with a major in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communication or with specialization in Consulting, ideally in an international context
- 5 years working experience in governance, project management ideally in the luxury sector or in strategy consulting
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders and change dynamics
- Comfortable handling a broad spectrum of deliverables, from executive communication and strategic framing to data-driven analyses
