Responsibilities and Main activities:
Ø Based on guidelines provided globally, drive the planning, preparation, and execution of event projects tailored to Japanese market needs.
Ø Collaborate with other departments and external vendors as needed based on project objectives and scale, providing overall project oversight, support, and coordination.
Ø Within tight timelines, leverage advanced communication skills to efficiently manage presentations, alignment, and approval processes both within the Fashion Division and globally.
Ø Agile problem-solving and event execution, responding flexibly and calmly to changes and adjustments
Requirements:
Ø Business Japanese fluency (N1 or Native) is mandatory
Ø Advanced English proficiency (capable of presentations in English, reading/creating documents and emails, and smooth communication with global teams). TOEIC score of 800 or above.
Ø Strong interest in high-quality event coordination and promotional activities that embody the Chanel brand image.
Ø Ability to think meticulously and logically while remaining flexible to changes and making appropriate course corrections
Ø Proficiency in simultaneous communication and task execution across multiple parties, including other departments and external vendors, with strong multitasking skills
Ø Presentation creation skills in both Japanese and English (primarily PowerPoint), sufficient Excel skills to compile analysis results, quotas, deliverables, etc.
Ø Deep interest and fundamental knowledge in spatial design, décor, and creation.
Ø Minimum 3-5years working experience with good understanding of retail business, event coordination and promotional activities.
Ø Appropriate level of Word/Excel/PPT knowledge to create and manage analysis result
