Your part in our UnitingCare team

The Family Relationship Centre, Bundaberg, is seeking a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team of high performing practitioners in child inclusive and property family dispute resolution. 

 

You will be a part of the Family Law Services Team, delivering and contributing to the assessment, case management and support of families requiring Family Dispute Resolution for issues that would otherwise be matters for proceedings under the Australian Family Law Act. 

 

What makes a difference for us?  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline

  • Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution

  • Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department

  • Previous experience working in a Family Relationship Centre would be an advantage 

  • Current Drivers Licence

  • Blue Card

  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check
