Our US Retirement opportunity will support our team’s growing project workload in 2026. The co-op will contribute to key projects, assist with execution and documentation, and collaborate across the team to meet deadlines and quality standards. This is a time-bound role designed to provide immediate, hands-on support during a high-demand period.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual benefit plan audit processes, including working directly with vendors, 3rd party auditors and various internal teams.
  • Research and analyze market data, salary surveys and retirement trends in partnership with Retirement team to make recommendations and influence business decisions.
  • Assist with retirement-related customer service inquiries as needed.
  • May have primary accountability for specific processes assigned.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for project meetings.
  • Provide and update communication materials as appropriate.
  • Prepare periodic and moderately complex reports relevant to the retirement function to support business and HR needs.
  • Propose and implement changes to processes to improve quality of data, reduce response times and eliminate unnecessary tasks.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of departmental projects that may encompass any aspect of retirement.
  • Manage assigned initiatives/projects to successful and timely completion.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and lead smaller projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Studying Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Highly numerate, with excellent Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and apply retirement plan rules and regulations.
  • Ability to make recommendations based on interpretation of quantitative analysis.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work to meet time-based deliverables.
  • Ensure data integrity while coordinating information from multiple sources across the organization.
