What a typical day looks like:
- Direct and coordinate testing activities, including the development and calibration of testing equipment.
- Resolve testing issues by collaborating with engineering and technical teams.
- Analyze test data and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
- Develop software and hardware for testing purposes.
- Train test technicians and operators on testing procedures and problem-solving.
- Conduct root cause analysis for test yield issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain process documentation and research new testing technologies
- Develop test programs, perform fault analysis, and coordinate third-party developments.
- Create test programs using languages like Python and LabVIEW, and design functional test hardware.
- Design test programs and perform failure analysis.
- Analyze diagnostic failures and support comprehensive test programs.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, LabVIEW, etc.).
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
