Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Failure Analysis Engineer located onsite in Austin, Tx.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Direct and coordinate testing activities, including the development and calibration of testing equipment.
  • Resolve testing issues by collaborating with engineering and technical teams.
  • Analyze test data and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
  • Develop software and hardware for testing purposes.
  • Train test technicians and operators on testing procedures and problem-solving.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for test yield issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain process documentation and research new testing technologies
  • Develop test programs, perform fault analysis, and coordinate third-party developments.
  • Create test programs using languages like Python and LabVIEW, and design functional test hardware.
  • Design test programs and perform failure analysis.
  • Analyze diagnostic failures and support comprehensive test programs.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, LabVIEW, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
