• Produce high-quality research and publications
• Participate actively in community service programs
• Participate in the self-development program
• Advise students on academic matters

• Doctoral Degree in Information Systems or related fields
• Preferably hold a Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA) level from DIKTI
• Have research publications in SCOPUS and SINTA journals
• Willing to have a homebase at BINUS University
• Currently residing in Semarang
