The Regional Vice President (RVP) acts as the official representative for FACTS Education Services within a designated geographic territory. The RVP’s focus is on advancing FACTS’ mission to change the trajectory of a child’s life through exceptional academic and educator services. The RVP leads a team comprising one or more Regional Account Managers and Instructional Specialists (supervisors), as necessitated by business volume. The primary responsibilities of this position include meeting or exceeding contractual expectations, overseeing all aspects of operations and service implementation, and holding themself and their team accountable for account retention, account growth, customer satisfaction, and effective capitalization of allocated resources throughout their region.This role will require 50% travel to our customers within the Midwest Territory: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, or Ohio. Residing in one of these states is required.

Supervise and provide support to the regional team. Mentor regional staff, institutionalize operational efficiencies in the region, and cultivate a culture of service excellence.
Oversee contract service fulfillment and program implementation. Ensure program delivery aligns with federal and district requirements and FACTS quality standards.
Resolve escalated issues related to program delivery, compliance, or service quality.
Maintain relationships with LEAs, non-public schools, school systems, and consortia in the designated region, including representing FACTS Education Services at relevant conventions, meetings, and gatherings.
Coordinate with internal teams including but not limited to Business Operations, Business Advancement, Academic Services, Professional Learning, HR, Accounting and Marketing.
Submit the Annual Regional Performance Plan and monitor progress in account retention, account growth within existing contracts, customer satisfaction (NPS), and allocation efficiency.
Manage the FACTS Education Services database for the assigned geographic area.
Bachelor’s degree in education, business or related field – required.
Master’s degree (or graduate coursework) in education – preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonpublic school administration (project management may substitute).
Demonstrated experience managing compliance-driven programs and educational outcomes.
Demonstrated commitment to the FACTS mission to support equitable student achievement.
Capacity to operate autonomously as well as to lead and manage teams effectively.
Comprehensive understanding of ESSA/Title I–IV federal program guidelines.
Superior organizational, project management, communication, and public speaking abilities.
Proficiency in analyzing program data and guiding decisions through metric-based evidence.
Proven relationship-building skills and credibility within educational communities.
Ability to accurately assess client needs and provide prompt, effective solutions.
Professional and personable demeanor in both appearance and verbal communication.
Exemplary work ethic, personal values, and integrity.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
Competence in managing expense accounts within established guidelines.
Advanced proficiency with computer and internet technologies, including data management, program administration, and Microsoft Office Suite (including CoPilot).
Dedication to involvement with community service organizations and volunteer efforts.
Pay range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 + an incentive package annually, depending on experience.
