Factory Services Program Manager

Job Summary
This Program management role leads the supply chain factory services readiness enabling projects setup from customers/sales to factory readiness for orders to be placed from the factories. The ability to influence sales/manage customers’ dynamic requirements & offer solutions to complex requests is essential as part of delivering to high level of customers' expectations of HP Products and Services.

Responsibilities

1.       Lead projects from receiving customers' services requirements to enabling Supply Chain orderability, meeting overall customers' expectations eg.TAT and quality goals. Area of work revolves around the customization of PC; enabling services loaded in factories to meet customers' unique requirements.

2.       Provide consultancy to the sales, category team on identifying the right services and solutions that fits customer`s requests.

3.       Involve the right stakeholders, set the right expectations, communicate process steps and timelines.

4.       Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Solution, engineering Design with customer and HP teams, assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.

5.       Run feasibility with relevant teams to find out if the customer`s requirements are feasible.

6.       Strong PM skills. Drive and coordinate the services delivery with WW Engineering team, Product Data team, and factory teams

7.       Communicate well- Track the details about the project progress, drive the communication with customers and sales.

8.       Coordinate the proof of concept with the customer and factory.

9.       Manage escalations effectively (if a technical problem, delay or customer escalation) by driving the resolution plans 

10.     Lead initiatives / APJ level programs and improve processes or support factory capabilities setups.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's or master’s degree in computing, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent field with minimal of 7 years relevant experience.

·         Able to converse & write in Chinese and English with confidence. Additional languages would be an advantage.

·         Strong industry leading knowledge on factory loaded Services and solutions would be an advantage.

·         Has shown evidence of enjoying in working with sales & customers. Experience in this area of collaboration are essential.

·         Strong leadership skills (driving attitude, results-oriented, proactive follow-up).

·         Outstanding situational awareness of sensing state for team interaction, events, scenarios to make right decisions and next steps.

·         Strong planning, prioritization ability, organizational & time management skills including Project management skills and knowledge in associated tools (i.e. MS Project)

·         Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to deliver message across through effectively communicate plans, proposals and getting results.
