As Intel continues to expand its foundry business, providing advanced semiconductor manufacturing services to external customers, the foundry finance team acts as a trusted partner to the business, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic growth. The Oregon Factory Finance team supports a process development and high volume manufacturing site which is critical to Intel's continued success. With the foundry business being both large and complex, accurate financial forecasting and reporting are essential to achieve Intel's profitability goals.
As a Close Analyst for the Oregon Factory, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial accountability of the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data analysis, business insights, and strategic decision-making. You will directly influence business leaders by providing critical financial information, forecasts, and recommendations, enabling smarter, more informed decisions. In this role, you will contribute to Intel's success by driving process improvements, ensuring reporting integrity, and delivering actionable insights that impact operational and strategic execution across diverse business units and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Complete monthly financial close, inclusive of variance explains and management updates
Report out on over B of quarterly spending
Collaborate with various business partners to build annual budgets and forecasts that align with Intel's strategic goals.
Provide actionable insights into spending trends to inform senior management
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting activities.
Maintain financial tools, explore automation opportunities, and recommend efficient methods for financial data creation and delivery.
Develop periodic management reports for performance measurement and decision support.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and deliver key performance indicator insights to influence leadership decisions.
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $73,820.00-96,100.00 USD
