Job Description; Candidate will be delivering and picking up packages, sorting incoming and outgoing mail. Setting up conference rooms, cleaning & vacuuming offices. Burnishing floors, assist with cleaning cafeteria after breakfast and lunch service. Assist with office moves support. Maintaining pantries, restocking supply closets, Restocking copy paper to printer locations.
Department is responsible for provide coverage in the firm fitness center. Coverage in this area will include folding sock, tees shirts, short, making sure that all toiletries are stock. Maintaining the men’s and ladies shower for cleanliness. Maintaining the toilets and keeping the overall fitness center clean.
Having the ability to answer phones and assisting client as needed at front desk. Inputting packages into computer systems, Changing light bulbs, Operating postage machine. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50 pounds. Assist with packing up offices. Some knowledge of striping and waxing floors. Ability to learn and use equipment Other duties as assigned. Training is provide in all areas.
