Major Duties:
Qualifications: For GS 11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience reviewing maintenance and construction projects for compliance with technical standards and specifications from start to finish. Experience analyzing facility-related documents, including repair contracts, real estate instruments, inter-service agreements, and MOUs. Experience applying fire and hazardous material regulations to provide program guidance, oversight, and safety training. Experience investigating mishaps and providing technical assistance to Collateral Duty Safety Officers (CDSOs) per applicable laws.
