Major Duties:
Qualifications: GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying a comprehensive knowledge of a range of principles, concepts, and practices concerning equipment, facility, or service operations with complicated technical requirements that have no clear precedent or plan. Experience applying a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of management and organizational concepts, principles and practices as it relates to facility maintenance, infrastructure support equipment, construction safety principles, planning and budget planning, programming and execution. Experience working with both military and civilian construction planning and programming. Working with clients and customers and the ability to translate user functional requirements into facility requirements is required. Experience making oral and written presentations in a clear and concise manner to senior level officials which includes the ability to prepare in-depth written reports that are organized, logical, and complete; and where applicable, be able to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning facility management processes, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate corrective actions or actions to improve economy and efficiency of operations. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying a comprehensive knowledge of a range of principles, concepts, and practices concerning equipment, facility, or service operations under supervision. Experience applying a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of management and organizational concepts, principles and practices as it relates to facility maintenance, infrastructure support equipment, construction safety principles, planning and budget planning, programming and execution in progressively difficult assignments. Experience collaborating with lead working with both military and civilian construction planning and programming. Working with clients and customers and the ability to translate user functional requirements into facility requirements is required. Experience making oral and written presentations in a clear and concise manner to designated lead or supervisor which includes the ability to prepare in-depth written reports that are organized, logical, and complete; and where applicable, be able to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning facility management processes, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate corrective actions or actions to improve economy and efficiency of operations.
