Facility Maintenance Technician

The Role: Maintenance Technician  

インテグリス・ジャパン株式会社 米沢工場では、建物・付帯設備およびユーティリティ設備の管理業務の補助を担当していただくメンバーを募集しています。 

具体的には、建物および付帯設備を含む工場の基盤となるユーティリティ設備について、点検、メンテナンス、改造ならびに保守業務の補助を担当していただきます。 

Entegris Japan’s Yonezawa Plant is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the management of buildings, auxiliary facilities, and plant utility systems. 

The Maintenance Technician will perform inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repair activities for utility systems that serve as the operational foundation of the plant, including buildings and related facilities. 

In this role you will: 

• 熱源設備、空調設備、排水設備を中心とした設備管理業務 

• 建物・付帯設備およびユーティリティ設備に関する日常点検および管理作業  (軽微な点検・対応は習熟度に応じて実施し、専門性の高い作業については、上位者の指示のもと、協力会社・業者と連携して対応します） 

• 年間メンテナンス計画に基づく、点検・修繕・改修作業の実施および管理業務 

• 設備管理会社および協力会社との連絡・調整業務 

• 設備トラブル・故障発生時の一次対応実施及び業務 

• 修繕・改修工事等に関するプロジェクトへの参加（進捗確認、現場立会い等） 

• PCを使用した資料作成および事務作業（例：作業許可証、作業報告書作成、データ入力、メール対応 等） 

• 将来的に、当番制による緊急対応サポート業務 

• (夜間・休日対応を含みます。初期対応や上位者・関係部署への連絡が中心となります） 

• Carry out facility management duties primarily related to heat source systems, HVAC systems, and wastewater systems. 

• Conduct daily inspections and routine management of buildings, ancillary facilities, and utility systems.  (Minor inspections and corrective actions will be performed according to individual skill level. More specialized work will be carried out in cooperation with contractors and service providers under the direction of senior staff.) 

• Perform and manage inspection, repair, and modification work based on the annual maintenance plan. 

• Handle coordination and communication with facility management companies and external contractors. 

• Perform first-line response activities in the event of equipment trouble or failure. 

• Participate in repair and renovation projects, including progress monitoring and on-site supervision. 

• Prepare documents and perform administrative tasks using a PC, such as work permits, work reports, data entry, and email correspondence. 

• In the future, provide on-call emergency response support on a rotating basis, including nights and weekends. 

(Responsibilities will mainly involve initial response actions and communication with senior staff and related departments.)

• 工業系高等学校卒業以上または同等の知識・経験を有する方 

• 設備管理・設備保全の実務経験をお持ちの方 

• 米沢工場近隣にお住まいの方、または引っ越し・移住が可能な方 

• 夜間緊急対応（当番制）に対応可能な方 

• 基本PCスキルをお持ちの方 

（Word・Excel・Outlook・Power point、SharePoint、teams等必要なツールを使える、または使い方を習得できる方） 

• 図面の基礎を習得されており、CADソフトウェア（AutoCAD など）の使用経験がある方 

• 基本ルール・手順に沿って正確に作業できる方 

• 明確なコミュニケーションが取れる方 

• 自ら学んでいく意欲のある方 

• 自家用車通勤が可能な方（AT限定可） 

【歓迎資格】以下の資格保有者、歓迎 

• ボイラー技士（2級以上） 

• 危険物取扱者乙種第4類 

• 電気工事士2種以上 

 ほか設備管理・施工管理関連資格 

【Required Skills】 

• High School Diploma in an industrial or technical field, or equivalent knowledge and experience. 

• Hands-on experience in facility maintenance and/or equipment maintenance. 

• Resides near the Yonezawa Plant or is willing to relocate. 

• Available for night-time emergency response on a rotating on-call basis. 

• Basic PC skills, with the ability to use or learn required tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. 

• Basic understanding of technical drawings, with experience using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD). 

• Ability to perform tasks accurately in accordance with established rules and procedures. 

• Clear and effective communication skills. 

• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. 

• Able to commute by private vehicle (automatic transmission acceptable). 

【Preferred Qualifications】 

Candidates holding the following certifications are preferred: 

• Boiler Engineer (Class 2 or higher) 

• Hazardous Materials Handler, Class B, Category 4 

• Second-Class Electrician or higher 

Other facility management or construction management–related certifications
