- To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including equipment’s like DG system, HVAC system, elevators and escalators, BMS, HT and LT panels, switchyard, transformer, LPG / CNG yard, APFC panels, UPS, pumping system, WTP, STP, fire alarms, hydrant systems, rainwater harvesting, distribution of power, water quality, control of circuits, digital application, civil, plumbing etc

About the Role:
- To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
- To lead a team of technical support staff
- To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
- To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
- To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
- Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works

About You:
- Need to be Diploma / B Tech – Electrica with a minimum of 03 years of experience in same profile
- Good communication in Hindi , English and regional language
- High standard of grooming
- Works in shifts
