Facility Coordinator – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Facility Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our client's workspace, delivering exceptional service that creates a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for all occupants. This role combines facilities coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You'll serve as the key point of contact for the site, managing everything from vendor coordination and event support to safety protocols and building amenities. Your people-focused approach and proactive problem-solving will directly contribute to JLL's commitment to creating outstanding workplace experiences that enable our clients' success.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate site operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and contract scope, ensuring consistent service excellence

  • Manage repairs, maintenance requests, and minor works from initiation through completion, minimizing disruption to occupants

  • Serve as the primary site contact, providing information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent execution

  • Support and coordinate business events, meetings, and conference facilities, ensuring seamless delivery

  • Deliver reception and guest support services, including new hire welcomes, mail and courier services, office supplies management, and building access coordination

  • Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to maintain building procedures, performance standards, and workplace safety

  • Assist with operational reporting, budgeting, procurement activities, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved service delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related field

  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage stressful situations

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships while proactively supporting diverse stakeholder needs

  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible approach to work

  • Commitment to acting as a JLL ambassador, consistently upholding cultural and ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements

  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems (CRAC, chiller systems, fire protection, mechanical & electrical systems, BMS)

  • Experience with vendor management for specialized services

  • Background in critical facilities management

  • Experience with space planning activities and building churn/moves

  • Familiarity with emergency response procedures and incident reporting protocols

  • Prior involvement in financial systems, purchasing processes, and budget management

Estimated compensation for this position:

38,000.00 – 42,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
