Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position as a remote operations coordinator is to provide/ensure that the facilities are managed in a manner that contributes to offer a pleasant and functional work environment for its employees. This role renders support to the downstream FM work processes ranging from vendor sourcing and coordination, billing administration, accounts receivable recovery and new employee onboarding to C&W systems and related work processes.
Job Description
- Participation in any Team Meeting and co-ordination of minutes
- Facilities complaints management and recording
- Coordination and dispatch of Site Hazard Manuals
- Work order management and closures
- Coordinate the facilities management service, which encompasses ad hoc maintenance, fire, mechanical, electrical support, and the help desk function, following environmental safety guidelines.
- Deliver on going performance and compliance reporting to all stakeholders, following contract and corporate obligations.
- Raise work permits including tag out and hot works requirements, sign off work permits and collaborate with Contract Administrator to optimise the work schedule.
- Deliver services and activities in line with budget and reporting requirements
- Coordinate site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the client’s business operations
- Coordination and carrying out of monthly audits reports / spot checks
- Comply with our company's systems used to meet health and safety obligations.
- Ensure all safety at work are observed
- Comply with our company's environmental policies and adhere to procedures and work instructions that are relevant to their activities.
- Operate in a manner that will minimise any adverse environmental impacts associated with activities.
