The Facility Coordinator supports day‑to‑day facilities operations and administrative services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained workplace while coordinating closely with clients, vendors, and building management.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to cross‑functional teams, coordinating with IT, HR, Security, and Finance to ensure smooth workplace operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports to support audits, compliance checks, and management reviews.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, payment requests, and manage vendor contracts while tracking facility expenditures.
  • Monitor facility expenses, assist with budget tracking, and support cost control initiatives.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and support monthly cost reconciliation, including identifying and explaining variances.

About You:

  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or commercial property management
  • Strong communication, coordination, and client‑service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
