Position Summary:
Screens incoming calls and determines purpose of call and will assign calls to appropriate personnel and/or department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes superior guest service.
- Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
- Responsible for all the internal and external work orders, as well as tracking the work orders.
- Takes and delivers phone messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
- Must possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and familiarity with Workday and Kronos is preferred.
