We are seeking a motivated and dependable Facilities Assistant to support our Facilities team in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional work environment.

This summer position provides hands-on experience with building maintenance tasks and general cleaning operations, ideal for individuals interested in facility management or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with routine building maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, inspections, and reporting of maintenance issues.
  • Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas, restrooms, and workspaces.
  • Help maintain outdoor areas by collecting trash, raking, and basic groundskeeping.
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms, breakrooms, and other facility spaces as needed.
  • Support setup and cleanup for internal meetings, events, and office moves.
  • Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or incidents to the Facilities Manager.
  • Maintain equipment and cleaning tools in good working order.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or current enrollment in a related educational program preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in maintenance and cleaning (preferred, but not required).

Pay Range:

$32,000.00 - $48,000.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
