Responsible for the operation and maintenance of facility systems in a semiconductor device manufacturing fab. This role includes handling emergency and scheduled maintenance, developing and executing preventive maintenance plans, supporting upgrade projects for aging equipment and energy efficiency improvements, and assisting with production equipment layout changes and expansion projects.

Facility Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain facility systems (HVAC, electrical, gas, cooling water, etc.) in a semiconductor device manufacturing fab.
• Handle recovery and coordination with equipment manufacturers during unexpected facility equipment failures and conduct regular maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans for facility systems.
• Support upgrade projects for aging equipment and energy efficiency improvements.
• Assist with production equipment layout changes and plant expansion projects.

Expected Background:

• Work experience in the operation and maintenance, and facility systems in the manufacturing industry, particularly in semiconductor device manufacturing fabs, is desirable.

Expected Skill:

• Knowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of facility systems in a manufacturing fab.
• Knowledge and experience in predicting equipment failures and planning
