Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Janitorial Management: Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure hygienic environments, and maintain pantry and common area standards.
Vendor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with service providers for housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental health & safety (EHS) protocols, and waste management policies.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for housekeeping chemicals, cleaning tools, pantry supplies, and employee stationery.
Operational Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections, prepare MIS reports, manage shift rosters for support staff, and handle client complaints efficiently.
Event Support & Admin Support: Assist with office events, meeting room setups, and facility-related admin tasks.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Cleanliness Scores: Maintaining high hygiene ratings in audits.
SLA Compliance: Meeting vendor service timelines.
Response Time: Prompt resolution of occupant complaints.
Required Skills
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordination.
Attention to Detail: High focus on cleanliness and safety standards.
Vendor Management: Experience handling contracted workers.
Operational Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals, hygiene standards, and safety norms.
Should be well versed with Excel and MS office.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Typically a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Often requires 2–4 years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or administrative roles.
