- 负责 Shanghai Lilly Agentic Lab 软服务，包括保洁，虫控，绿植，洗衣，会议安排，配 合礼来各项活动安排，确认这些活动符合公司的要求。

Responsible for soft service, housekeeping management, pest control, inhouse plant, meeting/event planning, be sure meet Lilly regulation and requirement.

Lead the interface between the customer and service delivery organization across a range of soft services to people and/or assets: direct the daily operations.
