Duties & Responsibilities:
· Be fully responsible for the soft services daily operations, including but not limited to cleaning, space management, landscape, pest control, furniture, asset, warehouse, etc.
· Managing team members to ensure above mentioned services be well perform and delivered.
· Providing regular coaching to team members and ensure all of them be acquainted with all related procedures
· Regularly to review incumbent policies and precures to ensure these processes be always updated and executable
· Training and guide soft service team members to achieve continuous improvement
· Communicate with the critical users to accurately understand their needs, coordinate resources across service lines, and provide help and solutions
· Handle user complaints, promptly escalate and take appropriate actions to ensure user satisfaction
· Work with team and manage contractors including cleaning service, landscape, pest control, furniture, drinking water, laundry, garbage sorting & collection, campus store, delivery box, etc., ensure contractor’s service be fully meet the service standards. respond for any complaints and be responsible for continuous improvement. Providing monthly billing, data analysis, and KPI scoring for contractor’s performance
· Guide and supervise the warehouse daily operations, ensure client’s warehouse be well maintained and compile with the inventory requirements
· Guide and support team member to manage the FM, especially soft service related matters in sports complex
· Guide and support team to manage campus space, respond any requests from users or HR dept. to ensure employee’s office, work station/space be efficiently settled. Manage the meeting room, storages, classrooms, etc. to ensure all the spaces be efficiently utilized.
· Work with team to perform regular inspections for the the furniture in campus to ensure all the furniture be in good condition and be placed in right places, also all the failures be timely fixed.
· Serve as a backup for other roles within the team during special circumstances to ensure smooth operations
· Backup any team members when they’re on leave
· Other duties as assigned by DKU and soft service manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
· College degree or above or equivalent training
· Good spoken and written English
· Experiences in property customer service
· Quick learner and willing to learn new things
· Self-starter and result oriented
· Good communication skill and strong team work
· Good command of MS Office (ppt, exel, word, outlook)
· Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
· High engagement and commitment to work
· Major in Administration, Business English
