This position in its nature proactive and focused on the detail, to ensure workplace services are delivered to an agreed consistent standard to enable Guest Experience based on requirements “work every time”. While maintaining safe working practices throughout all we do.

The Workplace Experience Senior Facilities Officer will assist the Premises team and client in maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, procurement and installation of office equipment, issuance of work orders and invoicing, re-stack and churn work, and occupancy services.

A snapshot of the role:

To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.

  • Maintain the highest standards in delivery to client expectations
  • Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
  • Carry out small-scale furniture repairment
  • Carrying out safety procedures when needed
  • Project & Churn Moves job duties include the following:
    • Provide support for large-scale office renovations and relocations, working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
    • Manage and maintain office furniture inventory, including the logistics of moving equipment in and out of inventory as requested by clients.
    • Lead negotiations with vendors for the procurement and installation of office equipment, closely monitoring progress and updating stakeholders regularly through a computerized management system.
    • Coordinate logistics and communication between vendors, internal staff, building management, and security to ensure smooth on-site service delivery during office moves or changes.
    • Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify any issues or concerns, promptly escalating them for immediate remediation when necessary.
    • Assist in updating office layouts and seating plans, ensuring effective space utilization and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Provide support for facilities call-outs and minor repairs, responding promptly to maintenance requests and coordinating resources to address issues efficiently and effectively.
