Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Facilities Multi Services Manager (Level K) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) team onsite in Everett, Washington on 2nd shift.

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads, develops, and motivates employees performing activities in multiple motive equipment operational facets

• Develops and implements business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

• Promote employee engagement and build an organizational culture that fosters safety and quality performance, improves employee satisfaction and retains and develops a skilled and motivated workforce

• Forecasts resource needs, obtains and manages personnel, equipment, and training and tools to meet operating requirements

• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process Improvement

• Develops and upholds relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages employee activities within the internal transportation operation at the Everett site

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation and people on production and development programs

• 3+ years of team leadership experience (formal and/or informal)

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change

• Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

• Experience in implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Emotional intelligence and resilience

Shift:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $137,500 - $157,500
