The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Facilities Multi Services Manager (Level K) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) team onsite in Everett, Washington on 2nd shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads, develops, and motivates employees performing activities in multiple motive equipment operational facets
Develops and implements business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Promote employee engagement and build an organizational culture that fosters safety and quality performance, improves employee satisfaction and retains and develops a skilled and motivated workforce
Forecasts resource needs, obtains and manages personnel, equipment, and training and tools to meet operating requirements
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process Improvement
Develops and upholds relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages employee activities within the internal transportation operation at the Everett site
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
3+ years of manufacturing experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation and people on production and development programs
3+ years of team leadership experience (formal and/or informal)
1+ years of experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Experience in implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Emotional intelligence and resilience
