Position Purpose:
The Manager - Facilities will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimal functionality of all critical and non-critical fixed and moveable assets deployed in his/her facility/ies. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and productive environment for all employees, champs, vendors/contractors, clients and visitors. The Facilities Manager will manage a team and external vendors, oversee facility-related budgets, and ensure compliance to all regulatory standards.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including talent acquisition, finance, information technology, workforce planning, operations, legal, facilities management, branding & marketing team to ensure the following;
Occupancy Safety and Health
Project management and critical initiatives implementation
Vendor management
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Reporting & Compliance
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management
Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale real estate projects through all phases.
Strong knowledge of real estate development process, including entitlement, design, permitting, and construction.
Exceptional project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam).
Certification in PMP, Six Sigma, or LEED/WELL is preferred but not required.
Combination of oice and field work; occasional travel to job sites and stakeholder meeting.
Ability to manage stress and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Travel abroad may be required as needed and required for operating facilities, ongoing project
