Client/Stakeholder Management

  • Connect with key stakeholders at the site and gain buy-in as appropriate.
  • Communicate issues, actions, and results in real time to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop, gain consensus for, and implement best practices for assigned areas of responsibility across the portfolio of sites.
  • Communicate and interact effectively at all levels, adapting content and communication style as necessary.
  • Take responsibility for meeting KPIs and SLAs defined in the contract.
  • Ensure client and JLL objectives are compatible, delivering operationally and financially for the client while protecting JLL's financial interests.

Operations Management

  • Deliver all services required under the contract.
  • Monitor a range of metrics and manage the site to ensure optimal operations.
  • Integrate service delivery, connecting all elements of the building experience.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the MSA and escalate scope changes or scope creep that may impact the MSA Procurement & Vendor Management.
  • Ensure contracted resources deliver work that meets duration and quality targets; address and correct underperformance as needed.
  • Develop close working relationships with all vendors under FM control to ensure they understand the client culture and are integrated as part of the high-quality service team.
  • Proactively review all services within remit and propose improvements to enhance service delivery.

Financial Management

  • Collaborate with the finance team to accurately forecast planned and unplanned expenditure.
  • Identify scope changes and assess their impact on budgets.
  • Manage processing and control of purchase orders and invoices to support timely payment of service partners and suppliers.

People Management

  • Manage, supervise, and support the professional development of all direct reports.
  • Establish written goals and objectives for direct reports and conduct periodic formal and informal performance evaluations.
  • Understand and support change initiatives aligned with the client’s CRE strategy.

HSSE & Quality Management

  • Ensure all services within JLL remit comply with JLL’s HSSE Contractor Management process, statutory requirements, client guidelines, and country legal regulations.
  • Understand and actively support JLL’s Quality Management program.
  • Take accountability for internal and external compliance.
