On our team, you’ll work on challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you’ll help develop creative solutions for mission-critical projects supporting our nation's warfighters.
In this role, you’ll closely impact the client mission by maintaining and advancing infrastructure in military spaces. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Work On:
Analyze, formulate, and recommend facility standards and design and space criteria and usage through space utilization studies and forecasts for clients in the military.
Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management for military training.
Perform complex activities related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization.
Prepare or review facilities estimates and site proposals for client review as to cost and feasibility.
Work closely with clients in the Department of Defense to develop plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio and facility or individual space requirements.
Recommend planning, design, and construction standards or milestones.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with facilities in the lost logistic support
8+ years of experience planning and managing requirements
8+ years of experience with facility maintenance processes and logistic support
8+ years of experience with cross-facility and cross-industry coordination
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
