The Position
The Intern will work closely with the RSS APAC Site Services community, especially the Facilities Management team and Office & Facilities Manager to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance the service management processes. The Intern will be responsible to deliver the facilities management services and solutions to RSS APAC partners & stakeholders. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, be self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in business functions in the area of Site Office and Facilities Management on tasks related to the field of study.
Learn and practice basic day to day work or projects in a shared services environment.
Engage in networking with colleagues from other business functions on best work practices.
Discover within own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Delivering high levels of customer service to both internal or external stakeholders.
Able to work in office throughout the internship period.
Willing to do written documentations works as and when required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
Preferably 3-6 months internship program.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of facilities management processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to think critically and propose solutions to complex problems.
