Facilities Maintenance QA

To continue making excellence possible across our business, we’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance QA to join our Facilities Maintenance team. With your can-do, hands-on problem-solving, you’ll help create and maintain the best possible spaces that keep our teams doing their best work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and evaluate maintenance processes to ensure adherence to established quality and safety standards.
• Inspect completed work across building, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and other maintenance trades.
• Verify that all work meets job specifications, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
• Review documentation, job cards, and maintenance reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support when operational needs require.
• Identify quality gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed safely and in alignment with compliance requirements.

Skills and qualifications required:

• Certificate or diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Plumbing, Carpentry, or a related facilities maintenance trade.
• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, repair work, or building services—preferably within an industrial or commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, masonry, roofing, painting).
• Ability to inspect and assess completed maintenance work for quality, safety, and adherence to job specifications.
• Multi-skilled, with hands-on capability in at least two or more of the following areas: building, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, or general maintenance.
• Competence in reading and interpreting job cards, maintenance reports, and technical drawings.
