岗位职责：
1、此角色确保设施安全、功能正常且维护良好，同时管理团队并与其他职能部门协调以支持运营需求；
2、制定和实施部门的战略计划和目标；
3、为所有设施制定和实施维护计划；
4、确保及时有效地完成维护和维修任务；
5、监督设施和公用事业维护的执行情况，并遵守年度预算；
6、确保所有设备及公用设施维护符合行业标准、规范和法规；
7、负责供应商管理；
8、负责设施改善项目。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，机械，电气或仪表相关专业；
2、10年以上厂务相关工作经验，5年以上同岗位工作经验；
3、制药行业、快消行业从业经验；
4、熟悉公用工程系统，包括关键公用系统的操作和维护；
5、熟悉校验，预防性、预测性和纠正性维护系统；
6、熟悉公用系统操作包括气态、固态和液态废物的环保排放标准及地方法规； 7、良好的英语水平，能够在工作中与外方人员交流。
