$500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months
Responsible for coordinating the daily maintenance and upkeep of the Company’s offices. Performs minor maintenance service or repairs and identifies service/repair needs to coordinate with vendors. Performs custodial functions such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and removes trash. May operate industrial cleaning equipment/machinery in performing assigned duties as required. Support to fulfillment operations as needed.
Performs routine maintenance activities; heat or a/c issues, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Lighting, clocks, break area maintenance, snow removal or other exterior/interior simple maintenance
Coordinating with ESSH staff to ensure the facility procedures are fulfilled. Ergonomics
Responsible for maintaining supplies for the office facilities such as paper products, cleaning materials, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Basic computer skills.
1 year prior experience in facilities/building maintenance
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 3 years’ prior experience in facilities/building maintenance. Prior experience with carpentry, HVAC or other system maintenance.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
