岗位职责:
· 为厂务区域现场提供设施相关的维护保养及维修服务；
· 确保厂区的电力，空调，给排水，专用消防等系统的正常运行；
· 接收日常维修工单，报告给上级主管并定期汇总更新；
· 在紧急情况下（如恶劣天气、供电中断）协助客户进行危急响应、停业安排的有关处理；
· 协调维修承办商的现场维修整改工作，监督、验收其工作质量和成果；
· 根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；
· 设备系统的运行记录、维修及维护保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作。
-具有承包商管理及承包商安全管理经验。掌握LOTO,电气安全、作业许可、风险识别等基本安全工具。
岗位要求:
· 5年以上厂务类设施运维管理经验，有GMP药厂工作经验尤佳；
· 持有高压，低压电工上岗证；
· 熟练电脑操作，办公软件使用，熟悉使用邮件沟通；
· 具有积极主动的工作精神，善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作；
1、 需要具有三年或三年以上制药、医疗器械相关行业工作经历
2、 熟悉制药、医疗器械相关法规对公用系统要求，如暖通空调、洁净室、纯水系统、注射用水系统、空压系统等
3、 具有良好的英文读、写能力
4、 需要对现场发生的异常进行调查，提供包括根本原因分析及纠正改善措施在内的调查报告
5、 熟练使用异常分析工具，如鱼骨图、5whys等
6、 具有精益思维，有改善项目（节能减排类）全流程实施经验，包括数据分析，改善点确认、改善方案制定、实施及改善效果确认
7、 具有团队管理经验，管理过不少于5人的工程团队2年以上
8、 具备较强的抗压力
9、 有至少3年同类职位乙方工作经验
10、 具有良好的沟通协调能力
