What this job involves 岗位职责,
负责园区小改及二装项目管理，包括配电箱，空调系统，给排水系统，照明系统，消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统；
负责园区项目方案立项至交付运行以及整改跟进等项目全周期工作；
负责园区设备设施生命周期管理
负责园区系统设备用能状况跟踪，计划并实施节能改造
了解园区各设备设施状况，结合市场新科技新技术新产品，管理系统更新迭代项目
管理制定并执行园区项目改造流程
上级安排的其他工作
Required 岗位要求
5年以上相关物业、设施或运行工作经验；
清楚了解大项目的EHS管理体系
工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；
良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力
大专以上学历，工程类相关专业
有园区工作经验优先
